Most problems on a race night are one of these. If yours isn't, message us at the bottom — we read them.
I paid but the stream is still locked+
Reload the page first — access usually lands within a few seconds of paying and the page needs a refresh to notice.
If it's still locked, check you're signed in with the same email you paid with. That's the usual culprit. Access is tied to the account, not the card.

It keeps buffering or dropping quality+
Run a speed test at fast.com. You want 5 Mbps or better for HD.
If that looks fine, try a different browser, and turn off anything else using the connection. On wifi, get closer to the router — most race-night buffering is wifi, not the stream.

Can I rewind or watch it again later?+
Rewinding during a live stream and watching replays afterwards both need a membership. Buying a single event gets you that event, live.

I never got my confirmation email+
Check your spam or junk folder. Our emails do end up there sometimes. If you find it, mark it Not spam and the next one should come through properly.

Can I watch on my TV?+
Yes. Open the TV sign-in on the telly and scan the code with your phone, or cast from your laptop.
When does my stream start?+
The start time is on the event page, and there's a countdown once you own it. Gates-open times are New Zealand time.
We usually go live a few minutes before racing, so open it early and leave it sitting there.
