1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the The Broadcast Co.platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. One account per person — account sharing is not permitted.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the billing period. Pay-per-view (TVOD) purchases are non-refundable once the event has started.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All video content, branding, and materials on the Service are owned by The Broadcast Co. or its licensors. You may not record, redistribute, or publicly display any content from the Service without written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: circumvent access controls, share login credentials, use automated tools to scrape content, or engage in abusive behaviour in live chat. Violations may result in account suspension.
6. Availability
We strive for reliable streaming but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Live events depend on venue conditions, internet infrastructure, and third-party providers. We are not liable for outages beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, The Broadcast Co. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
