Does The Grid membership include live streams?

No. Live PPV streams are purchased separately. Members receive tier-based discounts on streams.

What do I receive immediately?

Active members begin at P3 with 10% off all streams, 12-month VOD access, live rewind, live chat and Grid Points.

How do I reach P2 or P1?

Both the qualifying paid-month requirement and the confirmed Grid Points requirement must be completed — both are mandatory.

Do pending referral points count?

No. Pending referral points appear in your progress but count toward tier qualification only after they are confirmed.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Active benefits pause when the subscription ends. Historical qualifying months and valid confirmed Grid Points remain recorded according to programme terms.

How long can I watch VOD?

Eligible VOD access lasts for 12 months, subject to event rights and availability.
